Will Rogers Memorial Center

Will Rogers Memorial Center

Standing at West Lancaster Avenue, the Will Rogers Memorial Center is a Fort Worth marvel. The gorgeous Texan attraction hosts an auditorium capable of accommodating 2,856 people. Essentially a historic edifice, you will be quite surprised when you walk into the Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall.

The Texas Room alone boasts 94,000 square feet of exhibit space where so much of America’s past is just waiting for viewing. Check out the Round Up Inn ballroom. Spread over 18,000 square feet the Art Deco additions in here and elsewhere in the Memorial Center are stunning and memorable.

In addition to meeting rooms, a splendid dressing room setup and a proscenium stage, here at the Will Rogers Memorial Center, you will also find an Equestrian branch after the same name where modern Texas and her past mingle in the form of equestrian discipline competitions, and stud breed and livestock shows.

The Will Rogers Coliseum (which is also the first-ever domed edifice of its kind) is one of three exquisite climate-controlled show arenas with 5,652 seats. You are certain to appreciate the warm-up zones, 2,500 horse stalls and 2,250 cattle ties.

Spanning over 120 acres in total, the Will Rogers Memorial Center is a unique American structure built to honor all things Texas. They were not kidding when they said ‘Everything is bigger...’ in the Lone Star State.

This historic masterpiece traces its founding back to 1936 (three years before World War II). Today, over 2 million visitors come appreciate the edifice stood in the Cultural District and offering a plethora of sporting, cultural, educational and corporate events.
